Open, cinematic records with weight, movement and clarity.
I’m Federico Telesca, a music producer, mixing engineer and mastering engineer based in Sheffield. I help artists turn sharp ideas into records that feel expansive, emotional and sonically deliberate.
Portfolio pieces with the same open, editorial energy as the site.
A selection of releases spanning alternative, heavy and artist-led records. The visuals are yours, and the page treats them as the core portfolio surface instead of decoration.

Producer instinct. Mix discipline. Mastering that finishes the record, not flattens it.
Production
From early arrangement choices to final performances, I help shape songs so they hit harder emotionally and technically before the mix stage even begins.
Mixing
My approach blends analogue outboard, console workflow and modern tools to build mixes that feel wide, punchy, detailed and alive.
Mastering
Final masters are tailored to translate confidently across streaming, headphones, speakers and live environments while keeping the record’s dynamics intact.
A drummer’s instinct, refined into production and mix decisions.
I started out behind the kit, which shaped how I hear momentum, weight and movement inside a record. That background still drives the way I produce and mix now: every section needs intent, every impact needs contrast, and every texture needs space to breathe.
The goal is never polish for its own sake. It’s to make a record feel unmistakably yours while giving it the scale and finish it deserves.

Working with Federico was effortless from start to finish. He brings real care, strong communication and the kind of sonic instinct that makes a song land properly.

Clear, simple process.
Yes. Most projects can be handled remotely from Sheffield, with a process built around easy file delivery, clear feedback rounds and direct communication.
The work leans toward alternative, heavy, rock and emotionally led music, but the common thread is always artists who want identity and impact rather than generic polish.
It’s a hybrid workflow shaped by performance feel first, then refined with analogue colour and modern control so the result stays bold without feeling over-processed.
Absolutely. Production input early on usually creates the biggest gains, especially around arrangement, sonics, transitions and drum impact.
